ABOUT
We provide good housing for local people in need who have the desire and commitment to manage their own housing through a co-operative. The majority of our members are single people, however, over time and in line with co-operative values we provide for people's changing needs and expectations.

ICHC is a fully mutual independent Co-operative incorporated with limited liability as an Industrial and Provident Society registered with the Registry of Friendly Societies (1980) and the Housing Corporation (1980). The Co-operative owns and manages all its housing stock.
