ICHC's PROPERTIES
The Co-op owns a total of 29 properties in the North Islington area - all within a one mile radius of Archway.
27 of the properties are Victorian houses acquired and converted beween 1982 and 1996 to provide a range of different size flats. There are also two new-build schemes, one constructed in 1987 to provide 20 flats and one constructed in 1992 to provide 12 flats.

The Co-op continues to improve and upgrade its stock to an agreed standard. These standards will change in response to tenants' expectations and Decent Homes Standards and will therefore be reviewed on a regular basis.
